now 3 months have passed, and it has expired, its asking me to renew it over telephone.

can anyone give me a crack for it?

You can buy Office 2003 premium off Ebay cheaper than paying Microsuck their price. Around $100 will get you the pro version. If you really don't want to pay that kind of money try Open Office. It is compatable with microsoft office and its free. It's based on the sun systems star office program.
