Word page margin resizing?

Hi there,

Here is an image below...

Where the red circle is highlited, i try to resize the height of the page by dragging it down, but it is like locked and i cant?

Ok, how do i make it unperminent so i can resize it again?

In Word, click file, page set up, set the margins, check it is set to whole document, click OK

Clicking default makes it permanent

Ok, ive done that and the horizontal one will still resize but the vertical one is still locked?

Use search to look for normal.dot include hidden and system files, rename it to normal.old, click apply and reboot

Open Word, click help, detect and repair, tick restore shortcuts

I just went in to word now and found out that everything is back to normal and i can resize things.

I think i diddn't reboot it properly the 1st time.
