After a WIN32.POLIP virus corrupted my computer, Anti-virus programs deleted these infected files. Ive restored all of the .exe files in Windows that I noted were deleted. However, any time I select a URL embedded in an E-mail, the Help and Support window, a systray item the will not launch. I need help.

I finally fixed shorcuts that are assigned URLs.
