how can i delete this drvlog.txt file

help: this drvlog.txt file existed in C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Local Settings\Temp. it becoms bigger and bigger and can not be deleted normally. i tried to deleted it on safemode,but it still appeared after restarting.
