Zone Alarm blocks incoming and outgoing data, XP Firewall only blocks incoming

Hi, I know of a computer troubleshooting company that can fix quite a bit of problems with email. They are called FixFlash.com. The cool thing is they access remotely to solve the problems.

Hi keith, just wanted to say thanks for all your help. I contacted my ISP and they help me fix the problem, it was in the settings, some had changed which i didn't know about, once again a big thank you
