Well i have this problem
When I go to click things like My documents, mycomputer, my desktop or xvid video files my desktop freezes and i get a message that the "explorer.exe is not answering and the product must be closed" then i get the message that "DRWTSN32.exe is not answering and the product must be closed" and the whole desktop crashes. And then the computer crashes. I need seriously urgent help as i cant really do my work when this is happening. I would really really appreciate help.
