uploading VRO files?

ok I have a DVD-RAM that has some home movies on it & my goal is to be able to use clips from it to upload for my myspace site.When I insert the DVD-RAM in my xp I get a folder that says "DVD_RTAV" When I click on that I get 3 more files "VR_MANGR BUP file" , "VR_MANGR IFO file" and "VR_MOVIE VRO file".Then when I click on "VR_MOVIE"(the VRO file) then it plays with no problem on my windows media player.My question is where do I go from here?
