Hi, i have a dell latitude with windows xp installed on it. My problem is that whenever i start the computer, then log in, the screen starts shaking (not the actual computer, just the image) and about one 16 of the screen is on the left side, whereas it is cut off on the right.

I have had the computer for maybe 2 or 3 years, it also has windows 2000 installed on it though i have never used it.

Download and install Everest Home Edition

Run the programme, click + next to computer then summary

Look on right for display / video adapter

Look at the manufacturer’s site for the suitable drivers for your Operating System

If you are unable to find them, please post the make and model here before you download anything

Please set a system restore point before you install anything

http://www.lavalys.com/ "Everest"

Use Everest to post what kind of video card you have, or ask XP.
Start> All Programs> Accessories> System Tools> System info > expand components> Display

LAVAL, CANADA – December 5, 2005 – After 10 years of active development and presence in the freeware market, EVEREST Home Edition (the successor of AIDA32) is being discontinued on December 1, 2005

It can still be downloaded from file hippo or Geeks To Go downloads section
