I'm trying to install Norton Antivirus and keep getting the following error:

Error 25002. There was an error loading the NavInst extension DLL.

I did have Norton Anti-virus on the pc before but it wouldnt scan so i used Nortons tool for completely removing Norton products.

However now when i try a re-install i get the error message above.

The Norton anti-virus is stored on a network share by the way.

Thanks for any help.
