I need help.

When I start up my computer, my touch pad mouse works just fine. When the Windows Desktop comes up I get an Error Message like this:
Rundall

C:\ Program Files\ Wild Tangent\ Apps\ CDA\ cda Engine 0400.dll

and my touch pad freezes up. I can do things like hit Alt Control Delete to bring up the task manager window, but nothing with the mouse. I don't know if the mouse problem is related to the error message or not. Does anyone have any knowlege of how to fix the mouse problem so I can uninstall the Wild Tanget crap?
