The on board video seems to have quit, I would like to add a pci video card but cannot see
anything to disable the on board video in the bios.

Pin 9,10 on the VGA female (onboard connecter) seems to have come unseated.

Can someone please give me the keystrokes to disable the on board video blindley?

First would be F1 then...

End would probably be F10 and (cr) I believe but what is in between.

Thank you

Hi,

According to hp you should be able to disable the onboard video in bios here's a link link

I can't help much with doing it blind I don't understand how that can be done but I am wondering if you could install the card, boot into safe mode and remove old drivers and display adapter in device manager and then reboot and install the drivers for the new card.
