i have a problem my computer automatically shutting down when in the middle of installing new software like Yahoo Messenger. Pls help me to resolve this problem..Thank you in advance!!!

HI
MY NAME IS RYAN...WORKING AS A DELL TECHNICIAN
SOLUTION:MAKE SURE THAT THE AUTO RESTART IS OFF
Turn off auto restart
Control Panel/System/Advanced/Startup and recovery
uncheck auto restart.
PLZ FOLLOW UP IF THIS DOESNOT WORK
