worth getting more ram?

i have a 1600 amd processor and 512 of ram, would it be worth increasing my ram to 1024, or would it not make a lot of differance to the system?
P.S i am running windows 98SE

Probably not. Exceptions are the very latest games, video editing, and CAD/3-D modeling.

upgrade to xp it is 36 percent faster that 98se
