MY COMPUTER SORT OF CRASHED IT WENT BLANK THEN A BLACK SCREEN CAME UP WITH WHITE WRITING, SO I REINSTALLED WINDOWS, I DIDNT LOSE ANYTHING EXCEPT A FILE CALLED ECBTEG.DLL AND NOW I CANT INSTALL MY EPSON PHOTOSTYLUS R310 PRINTER WHICH WORKED PERFECTLY BEFORE, HOW DO I GET THIS FILE BACK. I HOPE THIS MAKES SENSE TO SOMEONE THANKS

Apparently it is the bi-directional monitor, probably safer to uninstall the printer, run disc clean up

Install the printer, either from the software CD or from the Epson site for your region, (other sites won't necessarily have the same printers)
