I am trying to do a simple thing on a work computer, but it is turning out to be a pain. I want to add a user onto this computer, which was not a problem. The problem is when I log off the main user to switch users it doesn't give me the option to switch, just log off and shut down. Upon rebooting the log in screen did not change, it only gave me option of the main user. I went back into user accounts to change the way computer logs on and I got an error message. The file name that is preventing this action is C:/windows/system/awgina.dll The error messages says I have to uninstall this. That is where I am at now. I have found out that this dll file is part of the Symantec Antivirus I have on that computer. So, if anyone has any help I'd appreciate it.
