I have windows XP and I recently changed my ISP provider.It seems now when I try to go on certain pages the little white hand in the red circle keeps popping up and it won't let me on that page.I tried turning the popup blocker blocker off for that page but it doesn't help.Any ideas folks? Thanx!

Hi seelasher and welcome to Geeks to Go,
have you tried to downloading a third party pop-up blocker? They tend to be more effective then the in-browser kind...
