Outlook 2003/Appointments/Insert item?

I use the Insert > Item > Email > Text only feature to put information in the body appointments on my calendar. I just got upgraded from 2000 last week and now some emails are not showing up in the body of my appointment. Only the header information appears.

I can't figure out the common thread among the emails that are coming up. Is this a setting I can change?

Are these as you add new appointments, or are these old appointments that were brought along from the previous version of outlook?
