I keep getting the sonic Update manager thing coming up on startup however it is not listed in msconfig under startup and I tried downloading the hotfix and that didn't help either what should I do now?

Hi Phillios! Welcome to G2G!

What is listed under the STARTUP tab in MSCONFIG? You just need to give the STARTUP ITEM, don't worry about COMMAND or LOCATION.
