I am having an odd problem. My browser stutters on a couple of forums then either freezes or posts multiple times.

I dont think I have spyware or malware. I have NAV and Microsoft Anti-Spyware installed, along with a couple other things. But someone claims that that behavious is eveidence of malware.

(BTW I though the "023 Service: Remote Packet Capture Protocol" was spyware or a problem, but some else said its jusyt my BitTorrent client.

Can anyone see anything in this log? Thanks.....

Hello Skagen and welcome to the GTG forums. After reviewing your log I see no indications of any malware or problems. The 023 item you mentioned is not malicious. It is an opensource packet cature utility that might have been installed by many different applications.

Please post back with more specific information regarding your problems. What are the sites that you are having problems with? Are you having any problems other than on those sites? It could simply be a matter of an issue with those particular site's software.

I will review your information when it comes in and we'll see at that time if we can find a resolution.

It is just 2 or 3 forums where I am having a problem. It appears that If I click to reply on a thread and then someone else enters a rely before I am done, the browser freezes on me and I have to al-ctrl-delete to stop and restart the program.

Doesn't happen on all forums, just 2 or 3 unrelated ones.

Hi Skagen. If that is the case then I would say it is a site problem and not yours. You might try posting a message on that site describing your situation and they might have a solution or not be aware of what is happening. Who knows, you might not be the only person eperiencing that issue and you will get the ball rolling for a fix.
