Hi

My XP dont wanna pick up my flash drive (Removable drive) When i insert it on 200 it picks it up. Is there a service I need to run?

WHen I insert the stick it picks it up in device manager as an removable drive, But I can't see it under My Computer.

If it's an USB drive, are all your USB ports open?

may have something to do with the drive letters or something:

right click on my computer, go to manage, go to disk management.
does the stick show up?
if it does, does it have a letter (eg. Removable USB (E:) )
If not, right-click, choose change letter and choose a letter

if it is there and has a letter, give it a new letter, say G: for giggsy.

then remove and reattach the usb stick.
