Ad-Aware Download Problem

Having difficulty downloading Lavasoft Ad-Aware SE Personal. The page thanks me for downloading Ad-Aware Build 1.06, but I don't get dialogue box asking me to open or save the file(this box generally advises one that downloading files may contain maliceous code) I'm not getting this box. And I have tried three times already, once even through your malware instructions to no avail.

Does this only happen when you try to download adaware or also other files/programs?

I haven't tried to download any other files today, but I did encounter it with Lavasoft Ad-Aware SE Personal version.
