Hello, when sending 1 email with several jpgs, the receivers gets the large email several times. The email stays in the outbox and never stays in sent items.

This does not happen when the email does not have jpg attachments.

No virusus or spyware on the pc.
PcChas all the windows updates?

Any suggestions?

According to this thread, the reason for this is that your "Sent Items" folder have reached the capicity of 2GB. In order to fix this you should delete some mails.

This fixed it !!

Put any mail from the Outbox and Sent Items folders that you want to save into another folder,then close Outlook Express.

Go to Start > Search > For Files and Folders.
Click on "All files and folders" and from the "More Advanced Options" drop down menu put a check in Search hidden files and folders

Now search for Outbox.dbx and Sent Items.dbx and delete both of these files.
Restart OE and hopefully the problem is now fixed.
