Qhosts trojan horse

having received a link in msn and downloaded, i found my homepage had changed to messengersite.net and using stinger found it was the qhosts trojan..i used spybot search and destroy, ad-aware, avg etc and found the problems..usin safe mode and removing the 'csrss.exe' file it was located under from the registry, and the c://windows/system32/drivers/etc folder, managed to get internet explorer back up, with normal homepage restored..however mozilla firefox remains unable to connect, as do all email services (university webmail, hotmail, msn messenger). the scans now in normal mode come up clean, but the above remain the problems..if anyone has any idea of how to fix this problem, it would be greatly appreciated..thanks in advance
