Help with HP Photo printing

I'm receiving the following when trying to open my Photo Smart in HP Photo Printing.
The instruction at "0x7c9106c3" referenced memory at "0x760ac4c2". The memory could not be "written".
Any clue as to what I can do to open th eprogram without receiving this message. I get a option to either terminate the program or cancel to debug teh program. This doesn't do anything.
Please help.
