help on updating stuff from mobile to pc

hi, well i need help on transfering data off my phone to my pc using a usb cable, my phone model is a nokia 6270, the problem is that it keeps coming up that it we need to insert a disk but i did this in the past without a disk but i used a different phone model (6230) is there ne way ne1 can tell me site so i can dowload something to help me , thankyou to anyone that helps
