When I try to download the updates for Spybot I get an error message that states "cannot open AVI". I ve tried researching this issue and found nothing, so I tried reinstalling the program. Didn't work. Therefore I tried writing to the Spybot website and they never answered me. Does anyone know hat to do to fix this problem.
