I have no desktop icons, when my comp. comes on all that I have is my wallpaper.. I can't do anything.. Someone said to try restorebut, I can't get to it.. I have no start icon either.. My whole screen is empty..
Can someone help me?? I have a DELL Comp. and Windows XP.. I don't know how it happened, it was just there one morning when I turned my comp. on..
