I have Sygate as my Firewall and Syegate keeps asking me to allow LSA Shell Export access just wanted to know if this is a safe program to allow access Thanks in advance.

lsass.exe is not a virus. It's a Windows system process that handles authentification tasks. If you are not having any issues, its OK

Some infamous malware, specifically the sassar worm, exploited a security hole in this process, but the process itself is legit. If you are up to date with your windows updates, then this is normal and you can tell sygate to allow it.
