Hi. Glad you've figured it out, I suspected something like that was the problem which is why I asked you to check the master/slave assignment in the bios!

Re. CS jumper - if this works, then fine. To be honest though, normally you don't use CS when a drive is on its own on the cable (ie no slave), generally you would jumper the drive as either 'master' or 'single' depending on the available config options are. But like I said, if its working, then leave it alone.
