I use XP Windows Media Center Edition. When I am done watching tv off of this I close it only to find when I do my sound will no longer work and when I play a video it seems to be in fast foward mode. The only remedy is restarting the computer and 1) that is not good for the computer and 2) it gets annoying. I have contacted Dell as this is a new computer but they don't know what it is. Can you guys help? Thanks. :whistling:

restarting the computer isn't Good? if you go to start/shutdown/then restart everything should be ok.

have you installed any video codecs? often this is cause either by a faulty codec or by a driver issue.
