Hello,

I scanned my computer with BitDefender, and came accross some items which might be dangerous to my computer, and could leak vital information about my computer or passowords. Can someone please look at the report my anti-virus has generated, and help me with the manual removal of these harmful items. Thank you.

Please follow the procedures outlined here: Malware Removal Guide

You will need a PC which can connect to the internet

Run all the programmes as advised then post a current Hijack This Log in a new topic in the Malware Forum

For the purpose of accurate malware analysis, Hijack This Logs are only dealt with in the Malware Forum. Posting them anywhere else will result in a delayed response

If you are unable to run any of the programmes, please ask for advice in the Malware Forum

I have tried all of those programs before, but none of the detected anything on my machine.

All of the trojans/malware are inbedded into my system recovery. Please look at the attached document.

You still need to post a current HJT Log in the Malware Forum

Ok, I have posted the hijack log on the malware forum. I am unsure about how long it will take them to reply. Is there anything that you can do?

Of these, Trend Micro is most likely to find and remove anything, you can run any or all of these to keep it in check

Malware will be able to pinpoint it from the log

Online Scans

Panda Scan

House Call

If Trend Micro freezes during updating, close then retry

Trend Micro Spyware Scan

Kaspersky Online Scan
