Every mornning when I turn on my computer and log on. dlservice.exe is running the cpu at 100%
I don't know what is reason. I let it run 4 an hour but it still doesn't stop.
I can stop it with the task maneger. and then it does not start again.

Depending on the location of the file, it can be spyware. Have you tried to disable it from startup via Msconfig?

Running spyware scans may help.
