How can I speed up the rate with which my laptop will boot? Just need protection to come on while booting not all the other crap.

Go to Start > Run and type msconfig then press Enter.

Click the startup tab and remove the tick next to any programs not needed at start up. If you're not sure, Google the .exe for more info, or download and run Windows Startup Inspector
