My computer has not been shutting down for about a week now...it goes through a few of the XP screens (logging off, saving settings, etc) but then I get a blue screen with this message: STOP:C000021s{Fatal System Error} The Windows Logon Process System process terminated unexpectedly with a status of 0x0000005 (0x000000000 0x0000000000) I end up just pushing the power button to get it to turn off all the way.

Internet has been kind of sluggish as well. I have done Adaware scans, and a Trend Housecall scan, and whatever they turned up, I removed. I have Symantec installed and those scans haven't pulled up anything.

Any advice would be much appreciated. Thanks for your help.

No, it didn't work...I was trying to do the Dr. Watson thing, but I could never select the options that were mentioned, so there was no log. Any other ideas?

Thanks.
