I got a new Dell XPS 600 a few weeks ago and I was installing alot of new programs. About two weeks ago I began getting an error message that read RUNDLL32.EXE - Appplication error "instruction at 0x77dd778e at reference memory 0x77dd778e could not be written - click to terminate program". The error message appears in a seemingly random pattern in twos but always appears when I boot or I try to play a game from the DVD drive. System restores solved the problem for about 24 hrs.

I have run innumerous spyware scans/adware scans/ registry tools/trojan scans/hd tuner/ memtest/windows diagnostics and they returned nothing except the a-squared trojan scan which found: Scarab trojans in ports 1225 and 1255, Project next in port 1256, NetSpy Mavericks Matrix Remote storm in port 1025, Ultor's Trojan sub7 2.0, Bagle.AF and A backdoor-G sub7 1243 Apocolypse, tiles.

Now I can't update windows, Mcafee and I can't restore my cpu past today's date.
