when using dvd shrink every now and then we get the message "couldn't read drive E incorrect parameters" what does this mean, is there some thing wrong with our cd/dvd driver?

is drive e your dvd drive? if so it could either be that it is starting to get read errors. either its starting to wear out or just needs cleaning. It could also be copy protection causing some problems.
