Games minimize during gameplay

I am having a problem with my screen minimizing to the desktop while playing games. The games that I play include Age of Empires 2 and World of Warcraft. This just started about 4 days ago after rebooting my computer. I just installed Microsoft Antispyware and I run it everynight because I thought it may be spyware causing the problem. Sometimes when the problem occurs it almost looks like CMD.EXE is running and then disappearing. It blinks so fast that sometimes I don't even see it. Please let me know if anyone has a solution.
