reinstalling isafeif.dll (how do i?)

i just installed SBC-Yahoo DSL on my computer, and i cant upload the anti-virus software that came with it because everytime i try this box pops up that says -The Application has falied to start because ISafeIf.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem- but i dont know how to reinstall it.
