my windows won't logon and keeps restarting! I'm running on windows XP professional. I've tried to disable the autorestart if there's an error, and there come the message :

"STOP : C000021a (fatal error)
The windows logon process system process terminated unexpectedly with a status of 0x0000135 ( 0x000000 0x000000 )
The system has been shut down."

Ussually when something goes wrong with this computer (sometimes it said vgaoem.fon is missing, the other time it said some file is corrupted or missing, and many other...), i just take my windows xp cd and start to reinstall windows. But the last time i did that was last week, and now i feel so $#!@#** to install windows and start it from 0 again. Is something wrong with my computer? my harddisk ?

please help...

Hi, and thanks for posting at GTG

Have you installed GoBack onto your computer?
Ive heard of ALOT of problems with GoBack.
If you have, remove it. This program just causes alot of problems with Win XP, and as you have System Restore, you do not need it.

Did you install any programs directly prior to this happening?
If so, please list them here.

I will do research into your problem and post back here ASAP.

I never install GoBack in my computer. And the last time i installed something was last friday. And it went for a week until this friday noon.

I was working with excell this morning, and then i left the computer to smoke outside. When i get back, there was a baloon in the right bottom corner (toolbar) said that "C:\document and setting\administrator\local setting\application data is corrupted". I tried to open that f**king folder from windows explorer but everytime i click that application data in the left panel of explorer, the baloon(tool tip) poped up.
And suddenly i restarted. But it never came to login screen, coz it always restarted just before the login screen.

I pushed F8 to disable autorestart option, and there's a message :

STOP : C000021a (fatal error)
The windows logon process system process terminated unexpectedly with a status of 0x0000135 ( 0x000000 0x000000 )
The system has been shut down

Oh yes, one thing i forgot to mention : my computer sometime go into blue screen and run a check disk.
That's all i guess for now. Thx. :whistling:
