message for installing flash

Sometimes when surfing, a message was visible stating if I wanted to install Flash Player 8 from macromedia.

I set the message to not be visible anymore. How do I make it visible again?

Is it possible to only make the message for installing flash viewable again?

the message only, is that possible if you first made it no more viewable?

Install flash player then use add / remove to uninstall it and it might reset the options

i'm probably as curious as keith is on this one...why would you want the message to show up if you're not going to do what it tells you to do?
