and max secure will NOT HELP.
they paid some bufoon to give them a good rating. I bought their software online. the instructions say to update it, do a thorough scan. if spyware persists, send a 'bug report' to them. I did. I waited a week, downloaded more updates, tried again. same trojan mailer persisted. so I clicked on the 'contact us' link. sent them an email. told them the problem. they sent me some automated reply B.S. telling me to 'update, do a full scan and send a bug report'.
WHY CAN'T THESE PEOPLE JUST READ THEIR MAIL? I told them I already had and that nothing happened. and that if they couldn't do anything but send an automated response, perhaps they should just give me my money back.... which they did. so... don't waist your time with this one.
