Hi, have been trying to set up ethernet 10/100 card to access broadband via LAN on my VAIO laptop. Am also trying to connect CD-RW Drive but system does not read drive.

These are the messages I keep getting.
At start up:
C:\>c:windows\lsl.com
invalid value for binding specified
error loading device driver NDISHLP.sys
error 7323 - one or more network transport driver failed to load
Cannot find lsl
ODI/NDIS3 Mappr Initialisation failure

have run winsock.fix program and obtained log (attached) via Hijackthis.

Yes, I have, many times. It showed that the ethernet card and cd-rw were conflicting with my system.

Hi

Maybe you could try an older ethernet driver though this is only a guess and probably won't work I had the same problem with conflicting between my dvd rw external drive and my graphics card in the end putting my drive internally worked... Maybe you will just have to get a new ethernet card that is compatible.
