Remember ID Name and Password

Hi,

I have Windows XP. For the past few months, my pc will no longer allow Remember ID and password. I can type them in the box and check the box for the url to remember them, but when I visit them a short while later, I have to either type both or just my password. If I check my email 6 times a day, I have to retype the info, and the same with other sites, such as this forum. I haven't changed my security settings, or not intentionally, but I did install Sygate Firewall.

What settings can I check and change so that I won't have to type in my ID and password each time I visit a site?
