Computer still continues to lag

Hi, i have posted just yesterday for advice on how to stop my computer from lagging. I thank keith for the deleting files in prefetch solution and i appretiate that but it still lags alot and my computer is not old. Is there any other way or program to solve this ??How to here from you soon
