I have an amd 1000, and want to upgrade my usb from 1.1 to 2.0. I have a 4 port that connects to the motherboard and no free slots for a pci card. Can this be done? How do I find out if my motherboard an ASU A7V TB will work with upagrading to a usb 2.0? Anyone?

You cant replace the USB ports on the motherboard. The only way to upgrade to USB 2.0 is by adding a USB 2.0 PCI card. Hope that this helps.
