Got the WB free pack, and I want to install a skin that kind of transforms it into a Windows Vista look. It came in the pack but I really dont understand how to use the prograsm..help?

Windows Blind is not free. You have to pay for the full version. Install it and the GUI is self explanatory.

There is a free version it just doesnt do much.

If its a vista look you want get vista transformation pack 4 its free and wil give you all look something vista like without windowblinds because glass effect you cant get in window blinds without paying. Window blinds is also a resource hog in a serious way.

just open the program install the skin
and apply it its very easy to do
i ve tried it
i dunno why u r havin problems with it
and there is no free version
there is just a 30 day free trial
i have used it
