can anyone tell how to uninstall and reinstall ras/dun??

Double-click the Control Panel icon.

Double-click the Network icon.

Click on the Services tab.
Select Remote Access Service in the list.
Click the Remove button.

Click the Yes button.


Click the Close button.


Click the Yes button.


Note: Windows will restart at this point. Wait until it has fully restarted and continue on with the next step. The Control Panel window should already be open when Windows starts up.

Double-click the Network icon.
Click on the Services tab.
Click the Add button.
Select Remote Access Service in the list.
Click the OK button.

Click the Continue button after verifying that the location of the i386 files is correct.

Click the down arrow on the RAS capable devices drop-down list and choose the correct modem for your computer.
Click the OK button.

Click the Continue button.

Click the Close button.

Click the Yes button.

that's it!!!!
