Hello sickperson and welcome to G2G!

What gamefix?
Does it display an error message?
Have you tried reinstalling the game?
Are there any errors in the application log in event viewer?

i see two things that may be wrong wtih that card #1...it's actually (at least through my research on nvidia.com) a 64 MB card (though it is 128bit)...#2...it claims to support up do directX 8.1....

the minimum requirements (according to rockstargames) for vice city are a 64mb card (though...when meeting the minimum you can't run the game on higher graphical settings) and support for directX 9

this may be the issue
