I just purchased an Acer E650 desktop PC with Windows XP Media to replace my old HP Pavillion with Win98 which could not be upgraded enough to install XP.

All Windows updates have been installed.

My question involves security. I have NAV, Windows firewall, & Ewido antispyware running. I also downloaded Adaware and have run Panda. Can this config keep me safe to any great extent as long as I keep everything updated???
