I am trying to turn the URL for one of my websites from
http://somehostingsite.com/mysite
to
http://mysite.bob
I have tried setting my index page to redirect the page to
mysite.bob:%[email protected]/mysite
I have read that the browser puts what is infront of the @ into the address bar and shows you what is after the @ in the page. I have tried this and it does not work. Any ideas? :whistling: the .bob is what I really want. should not be a registared toplevel.

http://www.modrewrite.com/

Other than that i am not sure. But i would like to learn if there are other ways

This is my current script
<a href="theurlIwant%01@mycurrenturl" onMouseover="window.status='theurlIwant';return true" onMouseout="window.status='Done';return true">Go To My Site</a>
This is a link that goes to my homepage. When I click it, it brings up ¿Santax Error¿. If I am allowed to, I will post the link that I found this at.
